This unidentified lieutenant was a commissioned officer of the UNSC Marine Corps in October 2552.

During the Battle of Mombasa on October 20, this lieutenant was in command of A Company, which was trapped by oncoming Covenant forces in a Mtangulizi Kampuni building in New Mombasa's Sector B. The lieutenant was killed as soon as A Company arrived in the city. With no officers left in the company, command was assumed by Sergeant Banks.^[1]
